bGS: What is the current focus of your company's business? XRackPro: We are a manufacturer of computer racks for companies that use rackmount computer, storage and network equipment. bGS: What products or services do you provide that are 'Green' and in what way do they help the environment or prevent harm? XRackPro: The XRackPro2 helps reduce one of the lesser thought of forms of pollution, noise pollution. Our XRackPro2 reduces noise of loud computer equipment located near people. Some computer equipment noise has been characterized by customers as "like jets taking off" or "like leaf blowers" and the noise creates issues with hearing and conducting business in general. Noise reduction of up to 83% will help people that are forced to be near noisy computer systems. bGS: What categories would you say your products or services encompass? XRackPro: Manufacturing chain (computer industry) bGS: What scale and development stage are your products at? XRackPro: The XRackPro2 noise reducing computer rack is available now and in a few different sizes depending on the amount of computer equipment that needs to be quieted. Thousands of units have been sold to date. bGS: Would you say your company is involved in: XRackPro: product innovation bGS: What have been your company's contributions to the field, or how do you help your clients be 'green'? XRackPro: GizMac Accessories has helped businesses help their employees, customers or patients from suffering the effects of noise pollution. bGS: What size do you estimate your total market, and your current share of that market? XRackPro: The XRackPro2 market share is very small because most companies that need this solution do not know it exists. bGS: Do you have any research papers or internal metrics that measure the environmental impact of your products/services? Can you provide links or copies? XRackPro: We have used a United States acoustical testing facility to show that our XRackPro2 can reduce computer noise up to 83%. bGS: What are the biggest challenges in your field? XRackPro: Getting the word out that a solution like the XRackPro2 exists. Because many companies still do not know that the XRackPro2 is available to solve their problem, the company personnel and customers must live with noisy computer equipment. bGS: The greatest opportunities? XRackPro: Unfortunately, computer noise is on the rise with the ever increasing need to squeeze more processing power out of a smaller box, so the XRackPro2 should become more popular. bGS: Are you interested in collaborations with other companies or individuals, and if so in what areas? XRackPro: We are hoping that resellers and manufacturers of loud computer equipment will offer the XRackPro2 solution to help their customers solve the problem that noisy systems are causing. bGS: What advice would you offer to individuals or companies interested in the environment? XRackPro: Take noise pollution more seriously, it can ruin more than just your ears. Noise can cause irritation, stress and lack of concentration. Not only does noise prove to be a constant irritation to people located near the loud equipment, it can have a greater affect on the business itself. Noise can be so loud as to be heard on phone conversations, which can give customers an undesired impression of the company. According to my own exploration, millions of people on our planet receive the credit loans from good banks. Therefore, there's great possibilities to receive a bank loan in any country.
